Helpful Information for First-Time Visitors

*Doors open 15 minutes before class begins.

 

*Pre-registration is required at least two hours ahead of time during the "off-season" (Oct-May.)

We cancel if no attendees are pre-registered. 

Please sign up for your first class through the booking tab to register in our system. Once registered, you can download the WellnessLiving Achieve app in the app store for all future bookings. Walk-in space is not guaranteed

We have yoga mats available to borrow, but we recommend bringing your own if you are a local and want to practice regularly.

Parking Info


 

 

During the "high season," arrive early to find parking. There is a 2-hour parking lot located behind the building next to the Backyard Cafe, aka "Jacobs Lot." Another option would be the "lower lot," which is less than a 5-minute walk from the studio. Feel free to contact us if you need Ogunquit parking guidance; we are happy to help.

*Avoid eating right before class and come hydrated. 
 
*New students should arrive at least 10 minutes early to get acclimated to our space.

*Signing up ahead of time using the WellnessLiving Achieve app or on our website is highly encouraged.


*Cell phones are to be turned off and away from your mat. 
 
*Expect to sweat. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing.

Come as you are, have fun and allow time for your practice to develop. We are here to help support you along your journey without any judgment, only love and good vibes.
